关于纯化水储罐的清洗，一般我们是通过喷淋的方式解决的，如果不适用采用其他的清洗方式，只要能证明清洗效果，就可以。但是喷淋球尤其是经过橙黄测试后的喷淋还是比较好验证的。

在测试前应该准备防护眼镜以防止紫外线和核黄素溶液的伤害。对防护衣物没有要求。
Checkthe internal surface of the PW storage tank. There must be no fluorescent partson the internal surface by UV light(365nm). Clean the tank thoroughly if fluorescentwas detected and keep it dry if necessary.

Theriboflavin solution shall be prepared with soft water at the minimum. Theconcentration of the riboflavin solution is 0.1 to 0.2g/L. Spray the riboflavinsolution evenly on the internal surface of the PW storage tank with adispersion pump or other devices. Use UV (365nm) to verify that the internal surfaceof the tank is completely covered by riboflavin (adjust the ambient light ifnecessary).
至少使用软化水配制核黄素溶剂：核黄素水溶液 0.1~0.2g/L，将核黄素溶液均匀喷在罐体的内表面。用紫外灯（365nm）证实完成了核黄素对罐内的完全表面覆盖（如果必要调暗周围的光线）。
Drythe riboflavin solution for 30 minutes.
晾干核黄素溶液30min。
启动CIP系统清洗程序，完成一个循环周期。

❹ 请教一个纯化水储罐喷淋球问题

纯化水储来罐的喷淋器注源意以下几点：
1、安装喷淋球要根据罐体的规格，计算出喷淋球的安装高度
2、喷淋球的厂家选择要选择大厂家和品牌的，建议选择阿法拉伐的，国内的小厂基本上不安装规格计算喷淋系数，会产生喷淋不完全的情况。
3、必要的核黄素验证程序，检验是否能喷淋完全。
